This hotel was a wonderful experience! The complementary drinks and access to the spa made us feel pampered. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the winter activities we wanted to do.
The cost was quite expensive, but it was worth it for the unique experience. The sleeping arrangements were uncomfortable and the temperature was chilly, so make sure to bring extra layers and warm socks.

The location of this hotel is great, with easy access to the outside hot tubs and the Valcartier resort area. The staff is incredibly helpful and there is a dedicated bathroom with private showers. The themed rooms are worth the upgrade, offering a significant difference in comfort. The exclusive ice sculpting contest and the option to have drinks in the bar add to the unique experience.
The hotel could improve by offering more exclusive access to the bar area, especially for guests who have paid for the experience.

Absolutely breathtaking! Sleeping in an ice hotel is a must-do experience. The craftsmanship of the ice sculptures is incredible, and the snow activities nearby were so much fun. The hot tub was a great way to warm up after a chilly night, and the location was perfect for a romantic escape. We loved that our package included a delicious breakfast and access to the indoor lockers and showers.
The optional activities were not well organized, and we didn't like how expensive everything was. The prices for the ice bar were ridiculous, and the drinks were small.
